There is no single cost for every trade
Costs vary by product, venue, network, route, and order size. CBX’s backend settings and current venue data determine applicable charges. This guide explains cost categories; it is not a fixed fee schedule.
Use the current quote and order review for the transaction you intend to place. If a cost is unclear, do not infer that it is zero.
Spot swaps
Review the exchange or route fees shown in the quote, the estimated output, and network-related costs. Solana transactions may also require token account creation. The amount available to swap may leave a reserve for these requirements.
Price impact is the effect of your order on available liquidity. Slippage is the difference between an expected and executed price. Neither is the same thing as a published fee.
Perpetuals and the bot
Perpetual trading can incur entry and exit fees as well as funding while a position remains open. Leverage changes exposure, so costs based on position value can be material relative to the collateral you allocate.
A bot uses the same underlying trading mechanisms; automation does not remove their costs. Compare completed fills and account activity rather than judging a trade only by the movement on its chart.
